a 72 yo man has 2 episodes of TIA in the last 2 days and has 30% stenosis of both int carotid art.how u manage this?
start aspirin or as he is symptomatic do carotid end arterectomy?one option was stent placement which i have no idea.uw says for symp pts do endartetomy if 50% stenosis.
pl help with this
