i know it is c/i,but kaplan med says if mother is on HAART can breast fed?
which one is correct?

In resource rich countries including USA It is not recommended to breast fed the infant even with antiretroviral drugs. But in resource limited countries breast feeding +HAART is recommended since it will decrease but not eliminate the risk of transmission
