am an IMG graduated in 2007
cs passed 1st time ,
step1 236 .99
step2 234, 99
obserevership in the states , 2 private clinic in pediatrics and family medicine ,
i have a green card
what are my chances to get in a radiology residency program for 2012 match ?
anything else i have to do ?
and best hospitals to apply for ?

Without a Ph.D. or extensive research exp in Rad, it is almost impossible for you to get in.
