How does prostaglandin block adh - step1saga

Indomethacin blocks prostaglandins which blocks adh so it can be used in diabetes insipidis but how does pg do that?

Why would u block ADH if patients w/ DI have low ADH to begin with? Maybe indomethacin uses a different mechanism in treating DI. I know indomethacin will decr GFR by vasocontricting the afferent arterioles... maybe thats how u decrease the urine production in patients w/ DI. But Im not quite sure.
