Hi all

I know it might sound silly but with all these forms i am confused

There is a ? are u board certified but not mentioned where what do i fill in

ANOTHER ? since i have not got my ecfmg certificate i shold tick not certified by ecfmg

I have an lor from my hod but i am old img unfortunately it is stamped but not on letter head and not dated can i use it.

1-you are not board cerified.
2-yes not certified.
3-you can manually add the date near the signature/stamp, you can still use it anyway.
