Because it does not need an intermediate host to complete its life cycle.

I'm not sure about your answer but i read that the female goes out and lay the eggs in the anus because the eggs need oxygen for their maturation. Something new to learn !!!

Thanks for the advice, this was just a fun fact, i know this forum is for usmle content only but i am very curious. And i wanted to share the results of my curiosity with the forum.
