i am on old graduate , taking my step 3 in 2 weeks; i took the UW SA today with score of 440/202 ; i am very scared as to how this co relates to the actual exam

please suggest any idea/help

you should take nbme if you need to self-assess, not uwsa
these are things i can tell you :

1) NBME 350 and below not really enough to pass. If the CCS goes too great, you may pass but with average ccs and NBME 350, you can not
2. NBME > 400 is most safe to say you can pass with average and above on CCS.
3) UWSA is really has no predictive value . The questions on exam will be like NBME. NBME are the people who created USMLE step 3 not UWSA so, let us get this straight whatever you get on UWSA or some other self-assessment, remember they are not standardized . You must trust NBME and what it shows is correct if you combine with a good performance on CCS
