i there applicant guide, i just wanted to know whether i can apply on 1st September with incomplete score or i should apply only after i get my results somewhere in late Nov .Plz help me out with this.Thanks a bunch!

apply on sept 1st with whatever available scores. Don't delay your app otherwise you will not get interviews.
