KAPLAN Qbank and UWorld simultaneously or one - rzk2011

Please advise,should I do KAPLAN Qbank and UWrold simultaneously or one after the other? Which one first? Is it worth doing KAPLAN Qbank or is UWorld is sufficient. Why should I also do KAPLAN QBANK? How long it should take to finish KAPLAN Qbank.What materials or subject areas are good in KAPLAN Q Bank.
