where do observerships fit in my ERAS?
in experience there are only three types : research, volunteer and work
in which one does it fit?

You should write the Observership into the Volunteer section.

The reason the Observership goes into the Volunteer section is it is usually not a paid for and you are not involved in "hands on" work. Work section to me is when you get paid for it.
