i got 560 i the first and 650 10 days later because i foumd the first one harder.its a matter of luck sometimes.some areas we are strong and other areas weaker...i didnt do anything special to improve my score...the second time the qs were more familiar.anyone who has the oppurtinity to buy ithe nbme (both)its worth it
