Hi img@guide,

How is it possible to apply for both preliminary and cat in the same program with 2 different PSs? There is only 1 PD for both preliminary and cat and in one PS you say how great you would be for IM and in the other one how great for Radiology(or other specialty that requires a prelim year)? It does not sound very good....

Use the same PS for categorical with preli, so they will think that you are very interested in their program so that you may even accept the prelim positon, but in this case don't apply to another advanced specialty in the same hospital.

i.e don't apply to 3 different positions in the same hospital( cat + prelim + advanced) However you can apply to cat med+ preli med+ cat radiology in the same program.
