is nms psychi good or i should go for brs or something?
what exactly mksap is about and how much is it helpful?

BRS is good and MKSAP Medical knowledge self assessment programme is a book of questions for step 2 but the questions are very difficult even the author of the book says these are not to test students but to clear there concepts Its not meant for step 2 in my opinion but for step 3 I would say.
