Hi, Response,

You will have to know that PD seldom send email to applicants unless he/she is interested in them. I can understand your frustration because we all fell insecure at this time of year no matter how many interview we got and how well we did during our interviews. However, receiving an email from PD is a good sign. Do not over extract from the letter. I know you will match to a great program. So cheer up.
