thank you, Maryam. I was just confused with FA picture of proinsulin molecule, I thought that two S's were standing for serine residues, but it was disulfide bonds.

A 69-y.o. man has been taking a dopamine agonist for 4 weeks for Parkinson dz. He has had some improvements from this treatment and decides on his own to increase the dosage. Which of the following adverse effects is most likely to result from this increase in dosage?

thank you, ashlin. I answered psychosis as well, but I have read it can cause Tardive dyskinesia.
