* waxy casts suggest the very low urine flow associated with severe, longstanding kidney disease such as renal failure. In nephritic syndrome see broad and waxy casts if the condition is chronic

* Fatty casts: formed by breakdown of lipid-rich epithelial cells, these are hyaline casts with fat globule inclusions, yellowish in color; present in various disorders, including high urinary protein nephrotic syndrome, diabetic or lupus nephropathy, or larger-scale necrosis or epithelial cell death

hyaline casts are a concentration of normal protein which is accumulated during dehydration which precipitates into a cast, they do not indicate disease.

in this question all other answer choices indicate a disease process. that being said one can answer this question in 2 ways:
1. just know that dehydration=hyaline cats
2. know that hyaline casts do not indicate disease.

A. glomerular injury= red cell
B. pyonephrosis= white cell
C. dehydration= hyaline casts
D. loss of renal function= waxy cats
E. muscular destruction= ATN

Tackle these types of questions by creating categories in your mind. in this case disease vs non-disease.
try to go about answering most questions in this way, it will make it much easier
Good Luck with your studies.
