Those who have IVS more than 10, accept prematch and help other IMG friends. If you thinking for cancel IVS, cancel it and help other IMS. Work together, help each other and so we all are happy at last.... Thank you !

You have to by the laws that govern NRMP. If you accept a prematch, you cannot participate in the match anymore. Trust me, I would accept a prematch, but some people will wait because they want their favorite program and if you think that you will be devoting 3 to 4 years of your life to a program you cannot blame them for waiting.
