mastectomy
lumpectomy + lymphadenectomy

if you are doing lumpectomy, you need to do RT which is not safe in pregnancy . So, mastectomy is a better option unless the tumor is DCIS where RT can be skipped. Also, if the breast cancer is diagnosed in late trimester, lumpectomy can be done followed by chemo if needed and then , radiation after delivery
