in Q26, she is bleeding massively inside, u need to open her up to fix the problem, look at the B.P n dec Hb plus culdocentesis is positive, i.e intra peritoneal bleed

q 26, she's been bleeding for a week, rigid abdomen and decreased bowel sounds. I know for ectopic it would be laprascopy, but here i wasnt sure , her bp is really low too

its probably a ruptured ectopic pregnancy, she has its history already

in 27, he is alcoholic n probably has an anaerobic lung abscess, remember we use clindamycin for it but here only broad spectrum anti-biotics is the option.
