IV drug abuser presented with Shorness of breath and was found to have Septic Emboli, I did everything for him including Abx, Heparin. But forgot the
Most important thing now as I think, it was Cardiothoracic Surgery. Because on TEE it showed egetations and CT showed multiple emboli.
So i dont know if I get partial credit. I mean the patient didnt die Smile

i think the diagnosis is infective endocarditis...so you needed to treat with antibiotics?
I don't think cardiothoracic surgery is such a big deal...since this is basically a case managed medically
