TO applicants without IVs

1. Dont listen to anyone that tells you it is over,IT IS NOT OVER UNTIL ROL Day
2.Be patient and positive,dont pick offence with other people's post
3.Try to update your application,with something,even observership or step 3,then update your CAF and see a reason to email programs(write succiently and in clear English,not translation of your native tongue) and call if you can,but if your spoken English is not clear and correct,DONT CALL.Email,send snail mail,anything,fax
4.NEVER WRITE "I GAVE or GIVING my step 3 on xxx day" You are a test TAKER and not a test GIVER,need clarification visit prometrics .com or Answer.com/webster
5.Above all PRAY!,talk to people that can help,but keep your integrity
6.Visit the programs(not the best option,but whatelse can you do)
7.Grab the IV when it comes and give it a good shot
