First aid 2nd vs 3rd edition - im2080

Hello everyone,
I have the 2nd edition, I have studied many of its cases but I have been not studying for months & I want to start over again.
Can somebody tell me if it is necessary to get the 3rd edition or there is no big different.
I'm planning to take the test in march,

There are about 8-10 extra cases at the end of 3rd edition. Otherwise, the 2nd & 3rd editions are practically same. So, if ur able to get these extra cases, u need not buy the 3rd edition.
