Is spelling mistakes on the patient note really a great problem in the exam?

I have recently heard that few students have failed just because of their patient notes. Now that the patient notes have to be typed, you need to be more careful with your notes. Practice them thoroughly before the exam.

my problem s typing i cannot type without seeing the kayboard so i make many spelling mistakes while typing, my exams are just in 2nd week of january.:-(
