How much usmle rx helps? i complete uw and kaplan qbank.. but my nbme score is just 270.. should i start rx or any other q bank.. want to take exam in feb.. pls give me a suggestion..

270 is very low. I would suggest to go over kaplan lecture notes very quickly, and clear the concepts. Especially, when you already went over UW and Qbank. I don't think USMLERx will help you in this situation.
