I did not accept it. I appeared for an iv on 12/12 and was offered on 01/05

If you declined the prematch, I'm sure you will get better offers

I was interviewed by one of the faculties.
But I know a candidate who was interviewed by the PD and was offered a pre-match.
They offered me H-1 but I was asked to hire an attorney and pay for the whole process.
So I declined it.

I had my inv there 12/1, at this point, I doubt that I will hear from them

I was called by the PC and she transferred it to the PD.
I would suggest you call the program as soon as possible.
They might have some spots left due to pre-match declines.

If you don't mind, can you share your creds? I wanna get an idea of who they prefer for prematch positions before I call them. Thanks!

@slowandsteady did you ask them for a second visit? or did you inquire about a prematch? or you were offered a prematch without asking or hinting at it?
