hi,guys cleared both steps,but step-2 c.k results got recently.how early can i apply for step-3.any idea upto which month the p.ds agree?does this affect me in the way that i may not get prematches?is it possible to join in j-1 initially and convert to h-1.this info is very crutial for me pls advice.is feb too late?
