i got prematch and accepted it and now got another - studyin4ck

prematch and i like that one better. can i withdraw from the first one. please help... i need to tel them by tomorrow.

PD of 1st prematch can report you to NRMP if you try to break the contract

go for it ... nrmp cant do anything because a prematch is not bound by nrmp rules

U already signed a contract,,, how come u wanna break it

U are a doctor have some ethics and values
How will you feel when u have 1 prematch signed and program breaks it coz they found better candidate,,,very bad right ,,,,program will also feel the same if u break ur contract

Do not try to be opportunistic always try to stick to some values and be professional

It does not matter if the program will sue u or not it is even wrong to think about breaking contract and asking ppl will I be safe by doing such thing


Suppose program wud not do anything to u by breaking contract are u willing to break it????

Yes prematches are out of context for nrmp.at the most u will have a slightly angry program director and u will look a little unprofessional but hey it's ur life.
