for advance slots, pgy2? i just completed the 1 yr requirements... seem season is pretty much over , even with usce makes it useless! any ideas? or off cycles? how can we find those? thanks for any feeddback /advice. Good Luck.

most of us are pg1 applicants/hopefuls. I have seem some paid services online (resident swap etc) that offer paid info for available pgy2 positions - just an idea.

@mery Question: if you have finished pgy1 of one specialty can you apply for pgy2 of other specialties?

yes u can. specially if u r in a shit hole, u can try to change ur place and program.

I did not realize that, i though you had to start from PGY1 when switching specialties.
I do have a couple of "*** holes" in my ROL and with my luck will probably end up there... LOLs
