i have to go for a second interview,i was told to wear business casual ,what would that be?any ladies could help me out.thanks!

Shirt/top, one button blazer, need not to be black, pants or skirts depending on weather. coat as usual if it is not in south.

No blazer but formal clothes. You can wear a sweater or just a shirt...
That is business casual...

business casual means you can't go in jeans/minis/tanktops etc

why take risks....Always dress in suits to impress!!!....if they say casual...just take off your blazer!!

first are u a lady or a guy??

If you are a lady wear a sari or a salwaar suit.
If you are a guy a dhoti kurta would do.
