anyone else looking for a place in ny? - whatnow

I am looking for a a place in ny somwhere around 110th st , closer to the subway the better. It is a bit difficult to find a place since most ask for credit check and proof of income which I don't have at the moment because i am not staying in the states. Can anyone suggest where to look for or know any available sublets or room for several months.

Dude look in www.craiglist.org there a lot of students sharing the costs. Inquire into housing in this website, get registered. It might be helpful. G.L!
