B12 and/or folate? - boggart

I seem to remember that treatment for one of the deficiencies meant you treated with BOTH B12 and folate, but I can't remember if this is true. Can someone tell me?

Both when you treat anemia or problems with epithelium
But neurological symptoms are sensitive only to b12
