I am applying for the 2007 match
Could any one tell me places where I can do observerships or externships inthe states of OH,PA,TN,MI,AR,KY,VA,NC
please tell me how to go about applying....whether to call or email.....

where did you do your externships....did you have to have contacts to get one

as far as NC is concerned, put a big cross on it... I am in NC and I have tried each and every institute with residency opportunity for observership/externship.... although they require 6mth or 1 yr USCE as one of their requirment for eligibility for their residency program; they dont provide any of them..

I got interview from Moses H. Cone Hospital, NC!!! why to put big cross. I have 2 months observership....

Baylor College of Mediicne, TX
mssm, Florida
Wayne State University/DMC, MI

they offer observership or you have to work so hard to get at least a permision to do only one month, observe like a dummy, do not touch or talk.

I am not going to match this year.
I am in Indiana state. Can anybody tell me which hospital do offer observership here in the nearby area like fortwayne or warsaw.
