Which is the treatment in the middle and distal third?
I am a little confused on this

Middle third 80% Rx....undisplaced slings for 1-2 wks plus rehabilitation.... if displaced more than 2cm...ORIF
Distal third 15% Rx undisplaced same as above and if displaced ORIF.

The most important thing in the middle displaced fracture is to do an angiography to check d subclavian artery and the brachial plexus.
