Peace:

Search for my posts for the best materials.

I think the entire Archer course (both CCS and lecture) will put you over the hump.

Winning combo: MTB3 + Archer lecture + Archer CCS + UW MCQ + UW CCS (particularly the printout cases)

Go over these twice or more. DO NOT spread yourself too thin, i.e. instead of "reading a primary care book" (bonehead advice), instead go over these proven materials one more time. Ditch Kaplan, except for the Step 2 CK books if you need to read up on a topic.

You may want to consider scheduling Saturday/Monday if you think endurance is a problem.
For me, I got too upset on Day 1, so much so that coming back the next day put me in a bad place mentally. An additional day helped me shake off the first day. If you do this, and you feel the need to study in between, then review the topics that were not on day 1; they come back with a vengenance on day 2. PLus you can get through MTB like one more time, because your studying only the topics that didnt appear on day 1. For example, cardiology didnt appear at all on my day 1. So I went over it pretty hard on the day in between, cause I knew they had to ask it. Sure enough it showed itself big time on day 2, and I was ready.
