Hello fellow stressed-out studiers. I have my am in 7 days and am becoming anxious about it. I have done half of the CCS UW interactive cases and all UW questions with some repeated that I got wrong. My original UW self-assessment exam was few months ago and I got 217 on it.
I can't do the official USMLE software b/c I have mac. I am very computer-savy and hope that I can do OK on CCS without trying the real software. Am I screwed on the CCS portion? I hope to finish the UW interactive cases in next two days and read the non-interactive ones. I also am making index-card flash cards from each interactive case so I can flip through them in my hand. I underline the orders I forget to do in the interactive portion. I have been working in the States internal medicine all year so I feel like I am somewhat familiar with managing patients both inpatient, ED and outpatient. Again, am I screwed?

I started watching the most recent feb 2012 video....I feel I was doing some blunders...For ex- If you have ordered some surgery in the ER, don't transfer the patient from ER to ICU/Wards untill the surgery is done....I used to think oH it will take 4 hrs for the surgery, let me send the patient to the ward/ICU....Y keep pt. in ER for 4 hrs....But Dr. Red says keep pt. in ER untill the surgery is done. Then send wherever u want....Right ???
