i'm a international graduate, and I don't know any physician in US. please someones tell me how to get ROLs. are the ROLs from the country outside US OK?

duh, is that ROL or Letter Of Reference (LOR) that u're referin to?

Obviously, such letters should come from people of reputation with whom the candidate had interactions within the scientific field of study. If the IMG comes from another country to interview, I do not know how a US letter would be of help. But from experience, americans prefer american letters and american experience over the rest.
