On Friday March 09 All candidate will get a mail from NRMP saying that that you are SOAP eligible.

SOAP eligible deffination on Friday March 09 is

1. You Should be ECFMG Certified
2. You should have applied 1 program
3. You have register to NRMP

Now on Monday the SOAP Eligible Definition Changes to

1. You Should be ECFMG Certified
2. You should have applied 1 program
3. You have register to NRMP
AND 4. You have NOT Matched or Partially Matched

but on march 12th, after 12 noon, if u have matched to any program, u will know taht u have.
if u have not matched, then u will get a notification that u r not matched and u can apply for soap.
