If a program put me first in his list ,and I also put them on my ERAS applied program on monday, Whats the chance for getting offer today? 100%?

You get the offer because the program put you first.............I have no idea what you are asking?

If the program has 3 seats they offer it to 3 people per what I understand

Not 5 or 6

If 2 accept then 1 seat goes into the next round and so on

Yes they should since that offer is binding
If we accept we are matched
So if they sent 2 out for one position and both accepted the program would be in big trouble
