Guys, I need help please If LOR author writes: "he has performed reasonably well during rotation"
Should i sent this LOR to programs i will apply to

Sometimes an LOR is better than none esp if from US physician but given a choice I wouldn't use the one mentioned above.

He also used word 'good' instead of excelent or

What are your options?
if u have another letter that says excellent...send that one
If u dont have another letter....then send the one that says good.
It is all about the options u have
