i have been trying to get the letter of need from the MOH * 4weeks now and have been receiving all forms of excuses as usual

Tell them that some one contacted you with approx 70 Million dollars that belongs to them. and that the bank requires a million to release that 70 million .. so Please western union that million to you...

@jabbee: Don't let it prematch get under your skin.
I doubt if you will find someone to answer your question because I don't think too many Nigerians frequent this forum. Best advice, ask a lawyer the only problem is he/she will charge you for talking to you. Good luck.

jabbee, find someone to walk to their office & give them what they want. That's the best way. I took step 3 to avoid their crap
