everyone talks about the importance of usce & lor...& about a strong lor for the doctors... can anyone plz explain wht a strong lor means....?how can achieve tht,.., its true tht it will be based us... but is there anything tht we can do ..?

Strong LORs means those obtained from attendings in acgme certified programs and you can achieve that through doing observerships in those programs.
