.. sumitadalal has a raised a very good point. I also looked up the link posted about this individual and searched google for BBB Topper Enterprise and read about the individual sumitadalal mentioned that perpetrated this education scam in Cleveland and now in Long Island.
Good job by the forum members and let us keep this forum clean of such low lifes like that 2009 img blogger selling education scam

One CLEAR CHARACTERISTIC of the forteen kay crook is that all his posts are LOCKED.

sumitadalal post is exactly that and so you may be once again a victim of that 14kcrook but good try.
