Sorry about your failure Dr. Don't give up. There are many programs which puts a lot of emphasis on step 2 scores. Don't rush in giving your step 1 exam. Take your time and prepare well. Aim for a 225 or more. Do well on your step 2 and step 3 exams. You need to work really hard and get high scores on these exams to compensate for the failures. Filling up the gaps with valuable clinical experience in the US in your preferred specialty is also a good idea. By doing this, you will be making a lot of new contacts as well. Don't be discouraged. There are many doctors who match into residency programs with multiple attempts. Focus on your step 1 exam now. Take NBMEs and UWSA exams to assess where you stand. Until you score well on these self assessments, don't take the exam. Good luck!
