i had my interview 20 days back
and now i recieved a mail saying that they are reviwing my application and as i am not ready with step3 ...am i ready for J1 visa..
what does it means
are they considering me for match..???

ya...that sounds like they r ranking u high in the match and want u to be prepared to take J1 visa.atleast they r being honest in telling u that if u don't have step 3 as yet u shud opt for J1.it's a positive indication from their side.
r u willing for J1?
