i am having difficulty in the Stop codons stuff
apart from knowing
UAA, UGA,UAG
how to read them from the base template???
they usually have TAA...suppose....
i m just confused

They have TAA because that's the DNA template. But when they are trancsribed to RNA, the "T" becomes "U", since Thymine is not found in RNA. That makes it UAA - which is the stop codon. Hope this helps...

Same thing goes for TGA and TAG.
