Clone of cancer cells are resistant to vincristine, doxorubicin, & dactinomycin. But not to methotrexate & alkylating agents. Mech of resistance is?

a. absence of superoxide dismutase
b. Altered DNA polymerase
c. enhanced drug transport out of the cell
d. inability to form polyglutamates
e. increased Dnase

I found from other forum that the answer to this ques. is C since it is multidrug resistance. Can we try to answer which other anticancers are inactivated by these mechanisms.
A would be doxorubicin, bleomycin since they make free radicals
B alkylating agents
C
