So does that mean that three digit score will not have any effect no matter in what part of year your are giving the exam????

NO, simply speaking here is why.
We know that the NBME is a good predictor of score correct ? often it is +/- 5-10 from your actual score.
So how can giving the exam in June/July cause you to drop WAY out of this range ? or even fail ?
Taking an NBME on June/July doesn't skew your grade for the nbme so how would the usmle skew ?
The USMLE Scores are based on YEARS of stats generated from test scores they have a magical way of figuring out your score and they score you according to their top secret formula.
Your score will be delayed but it isnt going to make or break your grade if you take it at any given time.
