no ssn =no ptal simple and clear, for ssn get a job on H1,J1 or F1 or L1 or what ever the heck it is but no ssn on B1,B2 or H4

if u have 600 $ and want it throw it away go for ptal! california just accepts AMGs if they accept IMGs they prefer citizan IMGs. just 13 IMG without green card were matched in whole cali last year . probably those have connections. on the other side NY accepts like 60 % /img. so plz giveur 600-700 $ to me not the MBC

plus you also need 4 weeks psy and 1 month FM for PTAL

If u have completed step 1 &2(CS&Ck), i think u can ask for visa change.i m not sure
