All cases of traumatic pneumothorax require a chest tube high up,to prevent the development of tension pneumothorax.So,a case of traumatic haemopneumothorax should get a chest tube high up to relieve the pneumothorax and a second basal tube to drain the blood.do u agree?If not,please point out the flaw in my reasoning and the alternate answer.
