-In "Granuloma Inguinale" ----"PainLESS" Tng. Lymphadenopathy occur "AT THE SAME TIME WHEN PAINLESS LESION OCCUR"

-*In "Lymphogranuloma Venereum"---- "PAINFUL" Ing. Lymphadenopathy occur "ONE MONTH AFTER THE PAINLESS LESION APPEAR"

I mean in primary syphilis there is always lymphadenopathy but Granuloma Inguinale may or may not be associated with inguinal lymphadenopathy.

@ sarim according to this link there is no lymphadenopathy in granuloma inguinale due to primary
lesion.

-u are right Ing. lymph adenopathy is NOT a feature of Granuloma Inguinale----- and if there is an associated Ing. Lymphadenopathy, it is due to secondary bacterial infection.
